Symposium on ‘Those Who Served,’ May 21 at 7 p.m.

A week prior to Memorial Day, a symposium of local speakers will celebrate “Those Who Served” at 7 p.m. Monday, May 21, in Rotary Hall on the Lower Level of the Laconia Public Library, sponsored by the Laconia Historical and Museum Society.

The presentation will include stories of Laconia residents who have served and fought in wars from the American Revolution, Civil War, World War I and conflicts from the last 100 years.

The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
